Design and purchasing

Following an initial consultation we will provide you with an estimate to design & source all the fixtures and fittings you need to complete the space. We have a library of suppliers we work with regularly, ranging from high street brands to high end designers.

What’s included

• A detailed site survey (either in person or you send us photos & measurements of your space - we will advise what is needed)

• Mood boards to determine the overall look and feel of the space

• A spatial planning phase to determine the best layout prior to full design.

• 3D modelled colour visuals showing all the details of the design and positions for furniture, fixtures and fittings

• Samples of the interior finishes including colour swatches for paint & other materials where necessary.

• Product boards showing the proposed products required to complete the space.

• Estimates to purchase all the products required to complete the renovation.

• Purchasing of all fixtures and fittings and co-ordination of delivery to site or we can provide you with a shopping list for you to purchase the products directly (pending agreed proposal)

What’s not included

• CAD drawings or construction drawings, these can be quoted for separately if required.

• Briefing and co-ordination of trades to complete installation
