Do you simply need design ideas?

Following an initial consultation we will provide you with an estimate to produce a design pack for your space which you can then use to source products from and manage trades without our involvement.

What’s included

  • A detailed site survey

  • Mood boards to determine the overall look and feel of the space, with inspiration for colour palettes, finishes and the style of fixtures and fittings

  • A spatial planning phase to determine the best interior layout prior to full design.

  • 3D modelled colour visuals showing all the details of the design and positions for furniture, fixtures and fittings

What’s not included

  • CAD drawings (construction drawings - These can be quoted for separately if needed)

  • Material samples

  • Sourcing or specification of interior products, fixtures and fittings

  • Estimating of interior products, fixtures and fittings

  • Briefing and co-ordination of trades during the renovation
