A Guide to Our Fees

Following a project consultation, a fee proposal will be drafted outlining the brief, the agreed service and our fees. Below is general guide to our fees based on our project history which you might find helpful.

  • We can help you spatially plan and fully visualise your space before work begins. You can then use these drawings to inspire your product purchases and manage trades to complete your renovation without our involvement.

    Kitchens - From £1500 - 2500 ex VAT

    Open plan space (Kitchen/Dining/Lounge) - From £2500 - £3500 ex VAT

    Lounge/Dining room/Bedroom - £1500 - 2000 ex VAT

    Bathrooms - From £1500 - 2500 ex VAT

  • We can fully design your space, collate samples of finishes for you to choose from, research and purchase all the products required, then arrange delivery to your home ready for installation.

    Kitchens - From £2500 - 4200 (pending kitchen size) ex VAT PLUS 10% admin fee on all products purchased

    Open plan spaces (Kitchen/Dining/Lounge) - From £3000 - £5000 (pending size) ex VAT PLUS 10% admin fee on all products purchased

    Lounge/Dining room/Bedroom - £1800 - 2500 ex VAT PLUS 10% admin fee on all products purchased

    Bathrooms - From £2500 - 3500 ex VAT PLUS 10% admin fee on all products purchased

  • This is a full service from Design through to onsite installation. We will design your space in full, source all the products required and co-ordinate the onsite work with the necessary trades.

    Kitchens - From £5500 - £8000 (pending kitchen size) ex VAT PLUS 10% admin fee on all products purchased

    Open plan spaces (Kitchen/Dining/Lounge) - From £6000 - £10,000 (pending size) ex VAT PLUS 10% admin fee on all products purchased

    Lounge/Dining room/Bedroom - £4500 - £6500 ex VAT PLUS 10% admin fee on all products purchased

    Bathrooms - From £5000 - £8000 (pending size) ex VAT PLUS 10% admin fee on all products purchased

  • An add on to our designs services, we can create a 2D technical package showing plans & elevations which you can use for tendering or project management purposes.

    Prices range from £1000 - £3000 Ex VAT pending project size and level of detail required.
